Pimples on your forehead is a sign of lack of water. You need to hydrate more to flush the toxins out. A good mug of green tea can be helpful since its full of antioxidants.
Your nose is linked to the liver so bad pimples in this area could be a sign of a liver issue.
Around the eyes
Not only is the skin around the eyes generally delicate, it is also connected to the kidneys, so pimples in this area could be another sign that you’re dehydrated.
The top of the cheeks are linked to the lungs and so pollution could be the cause of pimple problems here. Closer to home, it could also be using your phone or sleeping on a dirty pillow.
Lower down, pimples on the cheeks can be a sign of poor dental hygiene. Don’t forget to brush and floss regularly!
Bad pimples on your nose can be a sign of high blood pressure. The best way to remedy this is to improve your diet. Reduce salt intake and eat more fruits and vegetables.
Even your ears can’t escape pimples sometimes. Breakouts in this area can also signify dehydration. So once again, don’t forget to stay hydrated.
