These days it’s easy to get lost in your own busy-ness thanks to long working hours, hectic schedules and being glued to your phone. As a result of all this external “noise”, it’s not hard to see how stress can build up and feel overwhelming.
Thankfully, there are some simple tips you can try to help you slow down and re-ground yourself and Change Maker Jasmine Chong knows all about that. This yogi took the leap back in 2014 and quit her job in banking in order to find something more suited to her personality. Instinct and passion eventually led her to yoga — making her super qualified to suggest a few tips on how to de-stress.
