If you use Instagram regularly, you’ve probably seen at least five photos of people doing yoga in your life. Everyone and their neighbour seem to be doing the exercise, and there’s a good reason why: yoga has physical and mental benefits; it calms your mind, gives your body a good stretch and can even sculpt and tone your body.
