Since you’re paying more attention to your health this month, you might want to go for a body check-up to address some issues you might have been ignoring. If you have been trying to quit bad habits or change your diet, this is a good time to do so. You will find the will to change your lifestyle and adopt a healthier one.
Libra - 23 Sept to 22 Oct
Be cautious this month. While you might want to adopt a fast pace for everything, your body doesn’t want you to. Remember to warm up before exercising and don’t let frustrations linger. Set limits for yourself when it comes to sugar, alcohol or caffeine consumption. You might also pick up bad habits this month, which can lead to future health problems.
Scorpio - 23 Oct to 22 Nov
You’re not easily satisfied this month. Be careful because you might end up developing a bad habit just to satisfy this “hunger”.
