You must have noticed by now that the #booty is most definitely trending in music and fashion. And just like fashion and entertainment, the fitness world isn’t immune from the influence of trends. While the J-Lo effect of the early 2000s reportedly boosted the number of butt implant surgeries performed, the latest wave of booty-worship has got fitness goddesses turning to the gym instead.

To get a bouncier butt, squats are definitely a great starting point. But you also want to work different areas of the booty to get a more developed, “lifted” look. Throw these three moves into your workout routine and you’ll definitely notice the difference.
