Most mothers can relate to the pain of losing the extra pounds after childbirth, but Kate Middleton seems to have it easy. Apart from the fact that she probably has a personal chef and nutritionist to plan her meals and possibly a personal trainer to help her in her weight loss journey, the Duchess of Cambridge revealed that she had extra help – from her kids.
During a recent trip to India, Kate attended a garden party in Dehli with Prince William, where party guest Professor Bulbul Dhar-James met her.
The professor told PEOPLE, “We said, ‘How do you lose all the weight after having two kids?’ And she said, ‘I am running after my kids!’”
Most mothers would probably agree with her. But if you don’t have a kid to run after, don’t give up hope yet. You can always play catch with your dog or simply run on a treadmill.
