The Myth: You need to cleanse or detox regularly
The Truth: Your body is built to cleanse and detox by itself, so you really don’t need a juice or a pill or a diet program to do that.

The Myth: Eggs yolks are bad for you
The Truth: Egg yolks are full of essential vitamins, fatty acids, and nutrients. So instead of throwing out the yolk and wasting all that goodness when you’re making your omelettes, consider using olive oil instead of fat-laden butter or bacon grease (which are the actual high cholesterol causes).

The Myth: Eating fat will make you fat
The abundant amount of research done proves the opposite, actually. What you need to do is make sure that you’re eating the RIGHT kinds of fat, the healthy kinds of fat that promotes cardiovascular health, and effectively deliver fat-soluble vitamins.

The truth: Radiation” is simple energy that travels in waves that spread out. Microwaves that are used to cook foods are a lot weaker than the harmful rays from nuclear plants. However, plastics CAN leak compounds into your food, so remember to only use microwave-safe containers when heating or cooking with the microwave oven.
