This is a great week to exercise! Take it to the outdoors (or the gym, if you like) and get moving. You might not see immediate effects, but you’ll definitely reap the benefits later.

Stress is always present in your life, but this week, it might prove to be more than you can handle. It will not only affect your mental, but also physical health. Try talking to people to help relieve the tension, and remember to catch up on sleep.
