We can’t stress the importance of travel insurance. After all, in the event that something untoward happens when you’re overseas, expenses are usually higher in foreign countries than in Singapore, especially when you can’t use your Medisave to tide you over.
But a travel insurance shouldn’t be considered a license to do silly things. Even if you bought the best policy on the market, remember that you can sometimes be held liable.
