Beauty Ed Cynthia Chew’s Top 10 Picks – Beauty Awards
I’m still experiencing a hangover from beauty awards fever. To bring you the results for our annual CLEO Beauty Hall of Fame 2017, I’ve had to test hundreds of products for an intensive one month. And just in case you missed it, I’ve picked out a few of my favourites. If you haven’t picked up a copy of the July issue of CLEO, you should do so NOW!
1. Belif Body Bomba
This shower gel cream smells so good (of lemon verbena) even my husband is addicted.
2. Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet
I love its velvety soft texture and the beautiful stain that it leaves on the lips.
3. Chanel Rouge Allure Ink in 148 Libere
Red + matte + fluid + comfort = Winner!
4. Chloe Fleur de Parfum
I’m more for woody scents but this is one of the few floral fragrances that I like and I can see the wide appeal because I often smell it on someone.
5. Curel Moisture Gel-Lotion
I like Curel for their mild and gentle formulations and this gel lotion hydrates the skin without being too thick or greasy.
6. IDS Rejuvenating Complex
I am already on the second bottle. I have good skin days thanks to this beauty concentrate.
7. KMS ADD VOLUME Liquid Dust
This liquid format offers the same effect as any hair dust or powders minus the mess.
8. LANEIGE BB Cushion_Whitening
I love their improved formula and cushion because it leaves a much more controlled amount.
9. OUAI Clean Shampoo
As the name suggests, it leaves your locks clean and smelling fresh.
10. Urban Decay Perversion Waterproof Fine-Point Eye Pen
It is jet black, soft, offers precision and above all, it doesn’t smudge even when I draw it on the waterline.
