When it comes to shopping in Seoul, you can’t miss visiting cosmetics stores. Myeongdong is like a shopping haven for all beauty junkies. From Aritaum to Laneige and Nature Republic, the shopping street boasts numerous cosmetics stores, usually fronted by popular Korean celebs, i.e. your favourite oppas and unnies.

The latest addition to the street is Mamonde’s flagship store, aptly called Mamonde Boutique, which opened on March 10.

The interior boasts wood-against-grey furnishings, with a floral wallpaper, which gives off an English cottage vibes.

Like the brand name, which is derived from the French words “my world”, the store will take you into the heart of the brand’s image, which has its roots in the language of flowers.

And if you’re really into flowers, head to the Signature Flower Zone, which allows you to make DIY postcards and pouches using stamps.

But before that, head to the Perfume Zone to take a whiff of the Mamonde Oriental Garden Collection, which comprises perfumes obtained through 30 years of research.

If you’re buying souvenirs back for friends and colleagues (because, why not?) you don’t have to worry about wrapping your gifts because the store provides a gift-wrapping service. And we’re not talking about simply putting your purchases in a paper bag – the items will be put in a flower-patterned box that includes a Garden postcard, and these will then be put in their signature shopping bag. So there’s no need to run to the nearest Daiso to get a separate box! Yay!

If you’re not planning to head to Seoul any time soon, but still want to get your Mamonde fix, head on to Lazada to get your hands on some Mamonde goodness!
