Need an excuse for a night out this week? Well, luck’s on your side because Negroni Week is happening from now till Sunday (June 11. 2017). Co-organised by Campari, Singapore’s edition of Negroni Week sees 60 bars putting out their own unique spins on the classic cocktail. A portion of the proceeds will go to a charity chosen by the respective bartenders, so you know, you’re drinking for a good cause!

Gummy bear-inspired negroni, anyone? 28 HongKong Street’s Charmaine Ann Thio is serving them up with Negroni-flavoured gummy bears. <3 For every cocktail sold, a dollar will be donated to the Singapore Association for Mental Health.

Head bartender Joe Schofield will be serving up his signature Sonic Negroni, which is a combination of Fords Gin, Campari, Martini Rosso and Cocchi Torino that’s aged using ultrasonic Sound Waves and topped with a Negroni jelly. For every cocktail sold, $2 will be donated to Hagar International, a charity that helps to restore the lives of women and children who’ve been exploited by human trafficking in Afghanistan, Cambodia and Vietnam.
