So what exactly is the impossible meat that everyone’s been talking about? Well, thanks to a United States start up called ‘Impossible Foods’, a plant-based ‘meat’ is now available as a healthier, guilt-free alternative to everyone’s favourite protein, beef. To add on, this environmentally friendly version of meat not only tastes exactly like meat, but it even has the same texture and consistency of beef that we are all familiar with, making it close to impossible for us to tell the difference! Not convinced? How about trying it out for yourself at any of these restaurants?
