The last time that Shawn Mendes performed in Singapore, it was to a crowd of over 5,000 loyal fans at The Star Theatre. A little more than a year later, the Grammy-nominated singer is back again at the little red dot. Apart from getting a tattoo at Haji Lane, the singer is also in town for the Singapore leg of his world tour. This time round, he performed at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, which holds a maximum of 12,000.
Touring in support of his self-titled album, the Canadian singer performed his most iconic hits like “Mercy” and “Stitches”, as well as newer crowd-favourites such as “Life of the Party” last night. As the second stop of the tour’s Asian leg, Singapore fans were also thrilled to be one of the first to witness the brand-new setlist. Missed the show? Or already feeling the post-concert blues?
