Wales
The western part of the UK belong to Wales – a stunning country with a fairytale-esque landscape and a rich history and tradition that flow through the air. It’s a great places for hikers, and history enthusiasts, as there are plenty of historical sights to see and coasts to leave your footprints on. Because it’s attractive to tourists, the government has paid a lot of attention in keeping the country safe at all times.

Iceland
They say that Iceland, especially cities like Reykjavik, will make you feel safe as if you’re in your neighbour’s backyard. According to the Global Peace Index, it has been ranked the safest place for travellers and tourists. Plus, there’s plenty to soak in. Not only do you get exciting nightlife and a chance to mingle with people who are more than friendly, but you also get to experience nature at its finest – waterfalls, glaciers, lava fields and stunning mountains.

Finland
It might not be on all top lists of places to visit in a lifetime, but it’s a very safe tourist destination that actually has a lot to offer. Helsinki, the capital and largest city, boasts amazing architecture that will take your breath away. If you’re the typical tourist who wants to experience the culture, history and tradition, and soak it all in walking and capturing photos, Helsinki offers all that and more. After you get tired of walking, there are plenty of restaurants boasting delicious cuisine, shopping boutiques and art galleries to rest both your feet and soul.

Bali
We had to put Bali on our list, not only because it’s super safe and tourist-friendly, but because it’s an exotic heaven of golden beaches, crystal-clear waters and stunning flora and fauna. It’s a little bit of heaven on earth, and it’s definitely worth while visiting. It’s a popular destination for honeymooners but solo travellers are more than welcome to come by as there is much to do, see and explore.

Cuba
Last, but definitely not the least, is Cuba. It’s the home to enchanting colonial architecture, salsa, old Chevys and relaxing in the sun. The old days of chaos are gone, and crime rates are lower than in most parts of the world. This fact alone makes one want to visit this place, if the nature, history and new and fresh scene are not enough to tempt you.
