Much as TV and friends played a major role in shaping our opinions and mannerisms when we were growing up, our parents probably had the biggest impact on how we function and derive at decisions. After all, we spent many years watching them be an adult, so it should hardly be surprising that we now display some of their traits. And while there must be good things we picked up, there must also be bad habits. Whether or not we’re proud of them, they’re things we have to accept — or work on to eradicate.
