Avoid taking risks or picking up new sports or ventures that you know nothing about. This is also a good time to focus on your emotional and spiritual health. Communication is key to both your mental and emotional health, so really focus on being more open and learn to use your words more. Keep up with your good habits and don’t stray from what you have already started.
Mental and physical health are extremely important this month. April can be a mentally exhausting time. This frustration can affect your physical health by reducing your energy levels and making it feel difficult to keep up with your usual health routines. Your stubborn Taurus nature may be telling you to just work through these issues as always, but this is a time where you should look to relax and soothe yourself. Learn to schedule in some time for yourself where you can have fun with your hobbies or simply take a break from all the other areas of your life. Keeping a stress-free and relaxed mind will help you better tackle other obstacles or issues that may come your way.
Geminians start this month off with a burst of new energy and vigour. Physically, you’ve never felt better, and you are ready to embark on journeys that fuel your own self-worth and growth. However, while your body and emotions are aligned with one another, your mind is still playing catch up. This can be a mentally taxing month for Virgoans, with all that’s happening. Luckily, April is ready to bless you with the energy you need to tackle these issues. Do not take the small burst of vigour for granted though, as rest and relaxation are still major areas you need to focus on. You still have a lower than average endurance and mental level this month, two things which Virgoans usually pride themselves on having. So, you must take more caution and not underestimate the time you need to reorganise yourself. Do not try to head into conflicts with the same fire you usually do, instead rely on your practicality and diplomacy to avoid needing to spend more energy.
