Working from home has gotten all of us in a tizzy. Ever since this whole pandemic started, many of us have had to shift our work operations to our living rooms home offices, conducting all our meetings via teleconferencing.
But what does one wear when you’re meeting a client on Zoom? Or when your boss requests for a Google Hangouts meeting? What *is* considered work appropriate when your office is basically your home?
The bad news is that while you might be tempted to stay in your pyjamas or your rattiest T-shirt, you still need to look like a presentable human being who has her sh*t together. But the good news is that you only have to look good from the waist up. In fact, go pants-less if you want, just don’t stand up when the call is still going on if your camera is still on!
So if you don’t want your boss and colleagues to remember you as “Rachel with the questionable home clothes”, here’s 10 tops that you can consider wearing for your next video conference. We promise, there’s even breezy options for those that don’t have the fortune of having the air-con on blast all day!
