10 per cent of it will fund the UN Women Cambodia Roka Commune project to empower women living with HIV and help them secure livelihoods, while the remaining 10 per cent will go to the UN Women Safe Cities Metro Manila Programme to reduce the risks of sexual harassment and violence in public spaces.
If you are into the local literature scene or have a knack for writing, drop by the Singapore Writers Festival from November 3 to 12, 2017 for a literature and arts extravaganza! The theme for this year is “Aram”, a Tamil word meaning “goodness” or “doing good” as they commemorate their 20th anniversary.

Harry Styles will be making his way to Singapore as part of his world tour on November 23, 2017 at the Star Theatre. This tour follows the release of his self-titled debut album on May 12, which features hits such as “Sign of the Times” and “Sweet Creature”.
Due to an overwhelming response to the first leg of the tour that sold out in record time, an additional 56 shows for 2018 have been announced, including another stop in Singapore in May.
