Chris Hemsworth Has Lost His Muscles!

Mention Chris Hemsworth and the first thing that comes to mind would be Thor and his muscular body (OK, well, that’s two things). But it seems we might have to drop the second tag because he recently lost his muscles because of a crazy diet that involved him consuming only 500 calories per day.

But don’t raise the alarm just yet – he’s not anorexic (we hope not). He had to go on a drastic weight loss programme, which he humorously named “Lost At Sea”, for his role in his new movie, Heart At Sea.

The hunky actor recently posted a photo of his not-so-beefy self on Instagram, taking everyone by surprise. Apart from looking dishevelled – the whole point about being a castaway – he also looks visibly thinner, though still slightly muscular.

But don’t worry, he didn’t lose it all in one go. He told Entertainment Weekly that he had shed kilos for his previous movie, Blackhat, before losing more for this role.
