A month shy of its theatrical release, Star Wars: The Force Awakens continues to be a hot topic that’s on everyone’s lips.

Apart from brand collaborations, it seems Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures has gone a step further and teamed up with top Korean boy band EXO on a special project.

The group today released the music video of the collaborative song, “Lightsaber” (because duh). Although the whole group contributed their vocals to the song, the music video only stars three members, Baekhyun, Kai and Sehun.

We’re assuming that they’re Jedis in the MV because at one point, Sehun entered a Jedi-only pub. And Kai and Baekhyun (who was in a convenience store!) were also seen with lightsabers. The video ends with Kai in a duel.

Pub, convenience store… Wait – where’s the Star Wars part?

Well, apart from the lightsabers, you can also hear Darth Vader’s heavy breathing at the start of the song. Yep.

Didn’t get it? Neither did we. But they look good in the video and the song is quite catchy, so we’ll let it slide. We’re not sure where or what this song leads to – possibly the Korean OST for the movie?

Also, cue the question that’s on our minds: Will they be performing with lightsabers? We wouldn’t be surprised since they are already doing so for another song at their concerts.
