JYJ member Park Yoochun was recently embroiled in a series of sexual assault allegations. One after another, six women working in adult establishments claimed that he had sexually assaulted them in the bathrooms of their workplace.

The police reached a conclusion to the cases today – the singer-actor was cleared of all charges.

The reason? No, they did not find new evidence that the women were lying. Rather, they had a different reason. MWave reported a statement released by Seoul Gangnam Police Department: “In regards to Park Yoochun′s sexual assault accusations, it has been difficult to determine that there was force and it has been decided to clear the charges.”

The Korean police department is also reportedly looking into whether Yoochun’s side had paid the woman 100 million won, as the amount was mentioned a few times in texts exchanged by the two parties and restored by the police.
