Jun Hyosung, member of girl group Secret, issued a statement via her lawyer to state that her agency, TS Entertainment, has not paid her since 2015.

According to her attorney, after receiving a payment of 6 million won ($7,380) in 2015, she had yet to receive any income from her company.

The attorney also claimed that despite releasing a statement of accounts, TS Entertainment failed to disclose specific evidence.

The lawyer for TS Entertainment refuted those claims, stating that they had explained the document in full detail, and even gave a CCTV footage of the staff explaining its contents.

Hyosung seek to invalidate her contract with TS Entertainment, stating that the trust has been broken. According to her lawyer, she would forfeit the amount that was not paid, and even part of the contract deposit as long as they nullify her contract, since the lawsuit is restricting her activities as an artist.

Earlier this year, another member of Secret, Song Ji Eun, won a lawsuit to have her contract nullified.
