Great news for K-drama fans! If you have zero chill when it comes to watching the latest episode of your favourite Korean drama, but can’t understand Korean enough to watch it the official websites, here’s a piece of great news that will make you squeal: Come August 29, you can watch the latest Korean drama at the same time it’s airing there – but with subtitles.

Scarlet Heart, a Howstar-studded sageuk (historical) drama, will be shown on ONE channels with English, Mandarin and Malay subtitles at the same time it airs in Korea. It’s a remake of a popular Chinese drama about a woman, portrayed by singer IU, who is sent back in time from modern Korea to the Goryeo dynasty. And in true sageuk style, she unwittingly gets involved in political affairs and entangled in a web of love with the princes.

And, did we mention how hot the princes are? Like, majorly HOT. Scroll the gallery to find out who they are.

The drama is directed by Kim Kyu Tae, the same director behind That Winter, The Wind Blows and It’s OK, That’s Love, so if his previous works are anything to go by, you can be sure that Scarlet Heart will be as gripping.

Scarlet Heart premieres on August 29, 2016, at the same time as Korea, every Monday and Tuesday at 9pm / 8pm (JKT), first and exclusively on ONE. ONE is available on Singtel TV Ch 513 & 604, StarHub TV Ch 124, 820 & 823.
