  • How do I access my subscription?

    If you are a new digital subscriber, your digital subscription will commence immediately. A Magzter account will be created for you, based on the email address that you have provided and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital magazine.

    Simply download myNEWSSTAND app from Googleplay or Appstore (iOS / Android). Open the myNEWSSTAND app and click on settings on the bottom right corner to login. Your subscriptions can be easily found in My Collections, under Purchased tab.

  • When will my subscription begin?

    If you are a new digital subscriber, your digital subscription will commence immediately. A Magzter account will be created for you, based on the email address that you have provided and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital magazine.

    If you are a current digital subscriber of the same title that you have selected, your new subscription period will automatically commence when the current one expires. Digital subscribers are only applicable for subscription under Magzter’s platform.

  • How many devices can I access digital magazines at the same time?

    You may access your subscriptions on up to 5 devices.

  • Do I need to be connected to the internet to be able to read my digital magazines?

    You will need an internet connection to be able to download the magazine. After which, you will be able to read it offline without a connection.

  • How do I purchase a past issue?

    You may select and purchase the single issue directly via SPH Magazines App on App Store or Google Play Store or Magzter.

  • I have not received my email confirmation.

    Do check your spam or junk mail folder. You may contact support@mynewsstand.online if you still did not receive your email confirmation.

  • I am an existing subscriber, what happens if I subscribe again with the new promotion?

    Your new subscription will start after the existing one expires.

  • I purchased a subscription five months ago however, have decided that the publication is no longer in line with my interests. Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately, all subscriptions are non-refundable or transferable.
